Suit against Toyota for Uncontrolled Sudden Acceleration

On December 11, 2009, a Greensboro man was severely injured when his 2004 Lexus LS430 suddenly accelerated out of control as he was exiting a parking garage.  The car could not be stopped with the brakes and collided with a building and a power transformer.  Barron & Berry has filed suit against Toyota Motor Corporation, the manufacturer, to recover compensation for his injuries caused by the automotive defect that precipitated the collision.  The sudden uncontrolled acceleration of automobiles has led to numerous other suits across the nation and is a matter of grave concern to motorists.
