Vance Barron saves case for injured motorist. Vance was hired by an accident victim whose lawyer filed his personal injury case three years and one day after the wreck. The defendants moved to have the case dismissed because the statute of limitations says suit must be filed within three years and that the suit was a day late. Vance investigated and learned the defendant was in the military and the statute of limitations did not apply. The trial court agreed but the defendants appealed.
