If you have been cheated by a business we may be able to get your money back. Even if the amount is small, we may be able to collect penalties or punitive damages that make it worthwhile to file suit. If enough people have suffered losses we may be able to file a class action on behalf of all those who have been cheated.

Sometimes one person with courage and a sense of right and wrong can make a big difference.  Take, for example, Kelly: The doctor at the weight loss center prescribed medicine but would not give her the prescription; she had to have it filled there. Kelly felt that was wrong, that she should have the right to have her prescription filled at the pharmacy of her choice. We filed a class action lawsuit for her and all those like her. It took years of litigation and a trip to the North Carolina Court of Appeals, but we finally won a settlement that gave her and the class members a refund of the money they lost by not being able to have the prescriptions filled where they wanted.
